Godmother of Punk is a typographic poster inspired by Patti Smith and designed around the expressive qualities of her music, writing, and influence on punk culture. I used Meno Banner as the primary typeface, experimenting with scale, composition, and image-making to create a piece that feels raw and unconventional while remaining typographically driven. The poster was later selected for presentation at the 2026 Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference (GSURC), where it was exhibited alongside student research and creative work from across the university.
